Colin Gebbie

Over 35 years of experience delivering projects across a range of sectors, from budget fit-outs to multi-million pound industrial developments. Colin has extensive experience in management of all design / construction / Engineering teams in building, civil, structural, operations, engineering, mechanical, and electrical and process controls, to meet varying budgets. Colin has delivered projects exceeding £50m in his career.

Michael Reeder

Ensuring we remain a strong and sustainable company our FD Michael has more than 30 years of experience leading various size organisations as a Finance Director. He has been the Finance Director for Doncaster Race Course, overseeing their multimillion pound refurbishment.

Mathew Reeder

Our Eagle eyed commercial director, Mathew has been an MD of various Sports Infrastructure firms in the UK and has overseen the concept, design and build of large scale sports and leisure facilities in the UK and in India. An accountant by qualification Mat works closely with our clients to ensure projects remain within budgets, on schedule whilst delivering a high quality finish.

Cansu Demikiran

The conduit for all our operations, Cansu joined us from the Home Office where managing a lot of moving parts was second nature to her. Leading on all project coordination duties Cansu, ensures our supply chain is moving smoothly to help us deliver on all our projects.

Ekesh Desai

Helping us construct all things beautiful with decades of experience as an Architect and Project Lead for some of the largest Construction companies in India, Ekesh has been the design and project manager for various large scale projects in India and Internationally including two international cricket stadiums, a distillery, hospitals, Ashrams and various schools.

Jo Caddick

The one who keeps the lights on, literally, Jo, our ever-smiling Finance Manager joined us with a diversified industry experience having managed the finance operations for a Windows and Doors specialist and a Sports E-commerce business. Working closely with the Commercial and Sales Directors, Jo, manages daily finance and payments with our suppliers and partners as well as monitoring project budgets ensuring we deliver our best to our customers within their budget.

Foundation 92

RSL Group are proud to be working collaboratively with Foundation 92 to support young people in the Greater Manchester Area with additional needs to become more active, helping them to gain new transferable skills, such as leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving, and teamwork. Our funding has helpe Foundation 92’s specialist inclusion team to deliver over 100 free sports, outreach and engagement sessions. These sessions will help young people become more active as well as supporting them to lead a healthy, confident, and positive lifestyle.

Boccia

Our Development programme of the Para sport of Boccia is in Partnership with BISFed International and the International Paralympic Committee’s Agitos Foundation. The programme is aimed to give an opportunity to those with physical disabilities to have an opportunity like many of us to play sport, be active and showcase their sporting talent. We have 6 locations across Mumbai, Pune and Navi Mumbai, with training clinics and demos conducted in further 10 locations. We have impacted nearly 200 athletes with our training centres and demos. Our programme also saw us host the State Championship and unearth some top talent in the sport.

ReechOut FC

ReechOut FC is a development programme run by our CSR team in India which uses football as a tool to channelise the energy of kids away from vices such as drugs and crime towards sport. Delivered to kids from the slums of Mumbai the programme aims to use sport as a tool to help prepare essential competencies and character in the kids and encourage them to continue a life of education and find employment. The programme is now run by Mayur, who himself from the slums of Mumbai found his professional journey through sport on a similar programme previously run by the founders.
